Midtown Tower

A strong design language is encoded into this parkside tower clad in dignified emerald green-glazed terracotta. The building’s aesthetic character is fused with an environmental sensitivity while passive house design ensures minimal energy usage: panels are made from reclaimed travertine and green granite, while  designed with no balconies to eliminate thermal bridging and flood the interior spaces with light. Spa-like and serene amenity spaces echo the design elements of the exterior.
